Jane Wright – About Me
I have enjoyed baking for many years, and due to health problems, was obliged to give up working full time in 2007. Since then I have been fortunate enough to indulge my cakey desires, and begun to bake regularly.
Initially I went to Trafford College, and undertook several cake decorating courses and then began to bake!
I now supply a range of lovingly made cakes, pies and breads to customers throughout the North West, and have been sharing my baking skills with others for the past year.
I try to bake ethically, always using free-range eggs, Fairtrade products when available, and use locally sourced, seasonal fruits when possible. I also offer organic, gluten-free, veggie and vegan baked goods and try to accommodate other dietary needs on request.
